Dave Frey
President, PromoPoint Marketing

Dave Frey is President of PromoPoint Marketing, a wholly owned Marketing Services business unit of Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM).
Frey began his career at Procter and Gamble where, after almost a decade, he built a foundation of industry specific skills based on a highly recognized classical training approach. He applied his experience at PepsiCo for the next decade progressing from a Field Director of Marketing to Vice President and General Manager of two sales and bottling operations.
After joining ASM in 2001, Frey played a founding role in the start-up and development of the present day business model known as PromoPoint Marketing. After organically building the Southeast business, Frey was promoted in 2005 to develop and manage the PromoPoint business nationally.
During Frey’s tenure, he utilized industry knowledge to develop marketing concepts retailers and consumer package goods companies alike would embrace. Frey has been successful in building a business model that drives PromoPoint’s revenues coupled with noteworthy margins. Core to PromoPoints business are two retailer-based consumer platforms consisting of Value/Thrift and Health and Wellness. PromoPoint executes 100 retailer specific multi-branded programs annually with more than 500 consumer brands participating monthly throughout the U.S.
Frey is presently leading a new innovative and proprietary launch in the consumer hot bed areas of mobile marketing and nutritional shelf labeling programs. PromoPoint plans to launch across multiple channels of business in 2010.
Frey holds a bachelor’s degree in Organization Behavior from Rider University.
