What You Can Do
Retail Project Merchandiser
Retail Project Merchandisers are part of a team who assist in executing special project work requested by the client. Projects include building/setting displays, cut-ins and point-of-sale placement. This is an on-call position and there is no guarantee of work hours or schedule.

Retail Reset Merchandiser
Retail Reset Merchandisers are responsible for merchandising and resetting client products at retail stores/outlets, including grocery and convenience stores. This is a part-time position.
Retail Sales Merchandiser
Retail Sales Merchandisers interface with retail store representatives to ensure proper placement and presentation of client products. This position may be part-time or full-time.
Retail Sales Merchandiser - Peer Trainer
A Retail Sales Merchandiser Peer Trainer is responsible for servicing and selling to an assigned territory to ensure that client standards are met and volume is increased. In addition, the RSM generates excitement, brand awareness, and increases product sales through event sampling and promotions. The RSM Peer Trainer will also be responsible for teaching and training on the knowledge of ASM/business procedures and policies related to their job duties. This role will be responsible for developing trainees in overall job functions, responsibilities as well as mentor and manage performance, productivity and accomplishments.

Retail Sales Specialists are responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to assure client standards are met and volume is increased. This position may be part-time or full-time.

Retail Sales Representative - EDRT
Retail Sales Representatives develop and grow sales volume for our client's (Energizer) products in their assigned territory through effective fact-based selling and relationship building with the retail account's operations personnel at store and market (district) level.
Retail SeasonalSpecialist - Van Driver
Retail Seasonal Specialist - Van Drivers are responsible for driving company vehicles between storage units and client/customer locations. Responsible for the local storage unit's housing client product and materials including the loading and unloading of product and materials into the unit and vehicle. Achieve greater product in-stock positions and displays through actively selling product that may be either shipper from the customer's warehouse or delivered by Associate from their storage unit inventory.
Retail Sales Specialist - EDRT
Retail Sales Specialists are responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to assure client 's (Energizer) standards are met and volume is increased. This position may be part-time or full-time.
Customer Development Manager - EDRT
Customer Development Managers (CDM) are responsible for developing and growing sales volume for client brands (Energizer) in assigned territory through effective relationships with store operations personnel at the regional and market level.
Territory Sales Representative
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for selling, educating and servicing health and nutrition accounts within an assigned territory to ensure client standards are met and volume is increased.
Natural/Specialty Retail Sales Merchandiser
Natural/Specialty Retail Sales Merchandisers are responsible for servicing and selling organic and specilaty consumer packaged goods to retail accounts within an assigned territory to assure client standards are met and volume is increased. These positions may be part-time or full-time.

Home Center Set Merchandiser
Home Center Set Merchandisers assist in the setup of new home center stores before the grand opening. This includes the assembling of steel shelving, creation of displays, placement of point-of-purchase (POP) items and merchandising of products according to the set plan-o-gram. This is a part-time position.

Home Center Set Project Manager
Project Managers coordinate the setup of three departments inside a convention center to resemble an actual Home Depot store. This includes meeting with the senior management of Home Depot and the client to discuss and plan how each department must be built. He or she must work with the suppliers, fabricators, and printers to coordinate the shipment to the convention center at an exact time to build the departments. Project Managers will build a team of approximately 20 employees and manage them throughout the build and tear-down of the department at this event.
Home Center Merchandising Representative
Home Center Merchandising Representatives maintain product displays, point-of-purchase (POP) displays and price tags, ensure products are merchandised according to the set plan-o-gram, and handle returns in Home Depot stores.
Home Center Assembler
Home Center Assemblers are contracted to assemble BBQ grills, wheelbarrows, lawn furniture and other various products for consumer purchase. This is a part-time position.
Home Center Install Sales Representative
Home Center Install Sales Representatives are responsible for increasing market share and awareness of a client's products in the assigned sales territory. This is a part-time position.
Home Center District Manager
Home Center District Managers manage a team of five to ten merchandising representatives. He or she is responsible for all field activity and store conditions and must know, enforce, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Retail Seasonal Specialist
Retail Seasonal Specialists merchandise all client products at retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure client standards are met and volume is increased. This is a seasonal position and year round work is not available.
Retail Schematics Merchandiser
Retail Schematics Merchandisers recommend the placement new items and discontinuation of slower moving items based on the profitability to both the client and customer. This position may be part-time or full-time.
Retail Administrator
Retail Administrators are responsible for administrative functions for the retail department.
Retail Sales Merchandiser - Development
Retail Sales Merchandiser - Development associates gain exposure to all aspects of the retail business with the goal of developing into a leadership role. This is a full-time position.
Regional Logistics Manager
Regional Logistics Managers work with the customers, third party providers and ASM internal management to analyze the customer's requested work, determine a plan to schedule ASM associates or third party providers to complete all requested work in the most efficient manner, and resolve any conflicts that arise.
Training Specialist - AMS
Training Specialists conduct system and process training with all new hires. He or she will also conduct project-specific training as needed.
Retail SupervisorRetail Supervisors lead a team of Retail Sales Merchandisers within an assigned territory to maintain all client and customer standards. This is a full-time position that requires at least 2+ years of supervisory experience.
Assistant Retail Operations ManagerAssistant Retail Operations Managers monitor execution of In-Store Opportunities programs in an assigned geographic territory with the goal of generating compliant, billable service visits. This is a full-time position.
Retail Operations Manager -
U.S. and
Canada
Retail Operations Managers are responsible for the management and development of the entire retail selling organization for an assigned geographic region. They represent ASM and our clients in all aspects of retail and set/project coverage and execute objectives set forth by the company leadership. This is a full-time position that requires at least 5+ years of supervisory experience.
